UtilitEase
UtilitEase features four unique best practice tools for creating a litany of jobs that drastically improve the ongoing functionality and maintenance of your Laserfiche® repository. All jobs are created through a Master Configuration Interface that administrators can use to cultivate tasks easily, thoroughly and quickly. Jobs are configured to execute based on triggers and at times best suited for the ongoing task.
ACCeNT
ACCéNT is part of Datanet Solutions' timesheet processing suite. With its ability to hold rules and constraints that restrict or allow a timesheet to be paid, ACCéNT is the gatekeeper that speeds up your verification process. The abilities of ACCéNT are only limited by the client's set of mathematical and logical rules. This product allows every client to shave enormous amounts of time off of their existing timesheet processing system.
Scantuit
Scantuit Data Capture Software is an easy-to-use data capture solution for converting paper documents into digital documents.
Scantuit natively supports over 400 scanners, which use Twain, ISIS, Kofax ImageControls, or VisionShape drivers. In addition, Scantuit features a file importer mode which can function either manually or automatically to support multi-function devices and electronic documents.
Available Scantuit Modules include Image Processing, Barcode Processing, Jobcard Processing, Bates Stamping, and Zonal OCR.
Printuit
As a solutions company, Datanet is committed to simplifying common processes, freeing up more time for you to focus on what's important. With that line of thinking, we created Printuit. Instead of printing a spreadsheet, or a web site, then scanning those printouts into Laserfiche®, Printuit lets you take any printable document and import it directly into Laserfiche®, without the need to print or scan. With Printuit, any electronic document or web page you'd like to make available for all, can be printed, straight into Laserfiche.
DataRecorder
DataRecorder integrates Windows Media Audio ("WMA") metadata with the Laserfiche System. This solution facilitates the transparent transfer of audio files from a handheld digital audio recording device to a final destination in the Laserfiche Repository.
Digital Camera Interface
Digital Camera Interface is a simple utility that allows an easy import of digital photos to the Laserfiche Repository, simply by docking the camera to a workstation.
Police RMS Integration
Datanet has integrated scan, search, and print functions directly from Police RMS systems.
DataFax
DataFax integrates third party Fax Servers to import directly in to the Laserfiche Repository.
DataImport
DataImport is a simple import utility that monitors network directories for files to import directly into Laserfiche.
