Datanet Solutions provides the scanning and conversion of any sized documents, from business cards to large format maps and drawings into searchable digital documents.

Datanet will prep, scan, index, QC and if desired, create an OCR text file of the scanned images, and present it to you on archived and searchable CD or DVD.

HOW IT WORKS:

• We will scan documents provided by you and create an index of specific values related to those documents.
  
• The images and indexes will be stored on our Document Repository Server, and will be instantly available via a secure website.
  
• The hardcopy documents will be delivered back to the customer, with archived and searchable CD or DVD.
